Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Standard shipping for most orders takes 3-5 business days. The process may be delayed over the Holiday season or major sales as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.

Please note that if you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the package is returned to us because of the incorrect shipping address, the shipping cost to resend the package to the correct address will be charged to the customer.

• When you order online, you have the option to choose Local Pick Up for shipping!  Order pickup is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
